02 June 2009 - 5 Km's

Two more km's added to the distance! Still feels like a short run, however still no pain.

While running I was 'aware' of my knee, however it was not troublesome and was expected considering the amount of gym workouts* I have been doing (Doc's orders!)

*Quad extentions, Leg press, Wall Squats and Lunges
