And the Chiro says....

All is good! The various aches and pains Ive been having are all normal.

Interestingly, the shin splints are a normal part of the training according to my doc. I just need to vary the routes, and run only when there is no pain, so as long as I control it, I can deal with it.

So I went running last night and had one of the most awesome runs I have had so far with all this training! My normal 9 KM route and I think in good enough timing however I am not worried about the times yet.

I'll be adding 2 KM's per week to my training and aiming for a marathon by october :D

From next year I'll start getting my running times down as well as increasing the distance's so I can make the Comrades next year, and finish in good health!
