Apologies for the late post...
Yesterday I ran a 7km run. Starting off at the top of a hill the run down was great. Beautiful calm morning watching the sun rise of the sea, and the fisherman way down there...
Halfway mark and turned back, to be confronted by the same hill.
120 meters (394 feet) at its highest, and only 1 km to get up there. Its a WHOPPER. I made about 15 meters before my legs were aching, my lungs gasping for air and I had to walk a lot.
The time, 44 minutes... so a big jump in time, but a big jump in hill too.
This will get some fitness going
